Limited Warranty
Xenosys Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xenosys”) warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. 
Accordingly, Xenosys provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use in accordance with 
the product manual. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty applies across all countries.

 

 

Warranty Eligibility (Who is covered)
This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser as identified in Xenosys’ records. 
It is non-transferable and does not apply to any third party. To check the remaining warranty period, please contact your point of purchase.

l   LED lens module and associated cables
l   Functional defects in the Control Unit
l   Material defects in the Control Unit casing

Battery: 1-Year Limited Warranty
l   guaranteed to maintain 70% of original capacity within 1 year of purchase
 
Accessories & Expendable: 1-Year Limited Warranty
l   Universal clip, anti-curing filter, etc.

Battery: 1-Year Limited Warranty

General Warranty Terms
A “Limited Warranty” refers to a warranty under which repair or replacement is provided solely for defects in materials and workmanship, and only within the
warranty period and conditions specified by Xenosys. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the product through an authorized 
Xenosys distributor, and the warranty period begins on the date of shipment. If a defect is determined to be covered under this warranty, Xenosys may 
replace the product or part(s) with a new or refurbished product or part(s). Any product or part(s) replaced will become the property of Xenosys. 
Such replacement does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

 

 

Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not apply under the following conditions:
(a) Damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
(b) Failure to follow the instructions and precautions outlined in the user manual
(c) Unauthorized modification or repair by the purchaser or a third party without prior written consent from Xenosys
(d) Product with missing or illegible serial number
(e) Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
(f) Damage clearly resulting from user fault.
(g) Failure to notify the point of purchase of an initial defect within 15 days from the date of receipt.

 
Ownership and Limitation of Liability
(a) Any product or part(s) replaced during the repair or replacement process shall become the property of Xenosys.
(b) To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xenosys’ liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
